Review - Thai Food at Zest Bar cafe (Glow Hotel)

Speaking of Thai cuisine, 1 month ago, i was invited to have a Thai food review at Glow hotel. Before heading to the food photos, please allow me to share the Zest Bar Cafe operation hours. Zest Bar Cafe open daily and offering 3-course set lunch at RM 20+, (From 11am to 5pm). The Zest Bar cafe was inside Glow hotel and its exact location is at 101 Jalan Macalister, 10400 Georgetown, Penang.

TOM YAM GOONG (RM18)
Fresh prawn in spicy tom yam soup
TOM KHA GAI (RM 12)
Siam chicken soup w.Galangal in coconut cream & local spices
MIAN KAM (RM 8)
Ingredients: Betel leaves, coconut, dried shrimps, red onions, peanuts, ginger & chili
YAM MOON SEN (RM 12)
Glass noodle salad with prawns, ginger flower & lime leaf
GAENG KEOW WAN (RM 18)
Green curry & coconut milk with thai basil leaf (choice of prawn/ chicken)
SOM TAM (RM 10)
Young papaya salad with dried shrimp & spices
KAENG PHET (RM 18)
Spicy Red curry & vegetables (choice of prawn / chicken)
GAENG MASSAMAN (RM18)
Chicken or beef cooked with rich roasted peanut curry sauced & potatoes
PAD KRA PRAO (RM 18)
Sauteed spicy minced chicken or beef with thai kra prao leaf
PAD THAI (RM 15)
Wok fried thai noodles with prawns, beansprout, bean curd & egg pattaya style
KHANOM KHAO MAO (RM 7)
Fried bananas with grated coconut & sticky rice
SANG KAYA FUG TONG (RM7)
Steamed sweet pumpkin with custard & coconut milk

For this round of review, my comment for the food as below:
Soup: Not bad. It do remind me the soup that i have had in Thailand.
Salad: I'm not a fanboy of vege, but i think its great, oh ya the sauce is spicy!
Main dish: Overall, i think the main dish is a bit salty other than spicy.
Dessert: Both the desserts earn my point, i think they are great! i like em, especially the fried banana. I think its a must try dish.
