How to completely delete a print driver in Windows OS

Sometimes, i did facing unable to delete completely for a printer driver from Window, Devices & printer. Actually my intention is to re-add the printer, however, every time, when i removed the printer and refresh the window, the printer seem to appear again.

Hence, for cases like this, we need to manually remove a printer driver:   

1. In the search field type "print management."
2. Select the "All Printers" folder.
3. Right-click the unwanted printer and choose "Delete."
4. On the left side of the Print Management window, select the "All Drivers" folder.
5. Right-click the unwanted printer and choose "Remove Driver Package."

That's all, you can re-add the printer again.
